In-Store Exchange Policy

In-Store Exchange Policy - applies to all purchases made in-store at Basically Bows & Bowties

EXCHANGES ONLY within 14 Days. STORE CREDIT/GIFT CARD WILL BE ISSUED - NO EXCEPTIONS.

The following items are FINAL SALE and NOT ELIGIBLE for an exchange/store credit:
•Items that have been discounted with a code/coupon or Frequent Shopper Card credit
•Sale Items
•Seasonal/Holiday clothing, hair accessories & gifts.
•Hair accessories, hair bows, headbands, hats
•Swimwear is not eligible for exchange without the liner
•Undergarments
•Custom Orders
•Gift Certificates

Exchange Policy:
An unworn, unused item may be EXCHANGED within 20 days of the original purchase date with original tags attached (see above for exclusions). If you are not able to find something to exchange for, a store credit/gift card will be issued. Please note the above exceptions for items that we will not accept an exchange for.
Basically Bows & Bowties will not accept an exchange for any item(s) showing wear or use (determination of wear or use is at the discretion of the Basically Bows & Bowties management).
